License Agreement

All "Consumer Products": Nature Sounds, Video Décor, Ringtones and Nature Videos are for personal, non-commercial use only and as such may not be incorporated into any products sold or given away for free.

The Purchaser, you, of Peter Roberts Media Professional Products, including, among other products, pre-edited video loops" and all the elements included in "themed media" packages has the following non-exclusive, non-transferable use rights to the Product purchased: 

1) You can use the Product "as is" or the Product may be incorporated into another product you create.

2) You can only use the Product in one project per purchase and you may not resell, license, sub-license, or give the Product away for free unless the Product has been incorporated into a product you have created. 

3) The Product can be used in video and music productions, software, print, websites and electronic documents in your own products or products created for hire with no restriction on the number of times the product may be reproduce or distributed.

4) The Product may be incorporated in a product created for resale so long as only the complete work is offered for sale and you agree and, in the case of work for-hire you secure similar agreement from your client as a term of sale, that the Product will in no instance be sold as a stand-alone product and will subsequently only be used for personal use or incorporated into a product for a client. If you are creating a product for a client, charging the client for the cost of purchasing the Product is not considered a violation of the restriction against resale.
